Morning run is one of the cardio exercise that is very easy to do, and not too costly but produce satisfactory results. Doing relaxation on foot: 



After jogging, do not immediately sit or cross-legged.  However will keep running light canoe least 5-10 minutes, and drink at least two glasses of water. Then you can take a shower with warm water to the muscles - your muscles relax.
